This is an entry-level role that’s perfect if you’re ready to start a career in dentistry and want a great place to learn, grow, and be part of a team that truly values doing things the right way.

You’ll be the person who keeps our instruments pristine, our operatories turn-key, and our infection control standards rock solid. What You’ll Do

Sterilization + Infection Control

  • Operate and maintain autoclaves and other sterilization equipment

  • Monitor, document, and log sterilization cycles for quality assurance and compliance

  • Maintain organization and inventory of sterilized instruments and materials

  • Follow OSHA, CDC, and infection control guidelines consistently

Operatory Turnover + Clinical Support

  • Prepare operatories between patients: disinfect, restock, reset (repeat, but make it satisfying)

  • Assist the clinical team with setup and breakdown of treatment rooms as needed

  • Support back-office flow and help with minor clinical duties as assigned

  • Take diagnostic digital radiographs (X-rays)

  • Assist hygienists and doctors with charting as needed

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and patients

  • Learn dental software (or bring experience with it)

  • Stay calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Dental X-ray Certification

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Excellent organization and attention to detail (this role lives in the details)

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

  • Comfort working in a sterile environment and maintaining a high standard of sanitization

Benefits

  • Dental benefits (including immediate family)

  • Health insurance + 401(k)

  • On-the-job training

  • Paid time off

  • No weekends 🎉

If you’re ready to get your start in dentistry and want a role where your work truly matters every single day, we’d love to meet you.
