Dental assisting is the heart of this role. You’ll work chairside, care for patients, and keep the clinical day moving. When the front desk needs an extra set of hands, you’ll jump in there too. You don’t need front desk experience; we’ll teach you the ropes.

What you’ll do

• Assist doctors chairside and help patients feel at ease, including the ones who announce that they “hate the dentist” before saying hello.
• Prepare operatories, take digital X-rays, and maintain accurate clinical notes.
• Sterilize instruments, turn over rooms, and keep supplies stocked. Future You will appreciate it.
• Communicate with the team so the day runs as smoothly as a dental office day reasonably can.
• Help up front when needed with patient calls, check-in and check-out, scheduling, and general “where do I go?” moments.

What you’ll bring

• Dental assisting experience.
• Familiarity with dental procedures, terminology, and infection control.
• A calm, friendly approach to patients and coworkers.
• The ability to stay organized when three things happen at once. Sometimes four.
• A team-first attitude and a willingness to learn the front desk side of the practice.
